Baby-boomer Connie has had her 1964 Corvette since she was a teen.

She’s always had plans to redo the beaten car, but thanks to A-Teamers Chip Foose, Steve LuVisi, Sam Foose, Bryan Fuller, Mitch Lanzini, Carl Richmond and Camee Edelbrock, she doesn’t have to; they’re OVERHAULIN’ it for her at LuVisi’s Automotive Expertise Unlimited. Our key insider is Connie’s husband, Pete, owner of a shabby 1971 VW “Thing.”

To steal Connie’s vehicle, the A-Team posed as movers, cleaning out the Eastmans’ entire garage while Connie was at work, taking both the Corvette and the “Thing.” As the Vette is made cool, Connie discovers that her garage has been cleaned out. Courtney, Chris, Foose and Fuller pose as a CSI team to check out the crime; the encounter almost derails the whole operation. But both pranksters and builders survive to go on and finish Connie’s car. When the reveal goes down, Pete is also shocked: OVERHAULIN’ redid the “Thing” as well.
